Know Your Limits: DUI in Pennsylvania
Alcohol related accidents have been an ongoing issue in the US. Pennsylvania has been no exception: 1982, over 50 per cent of fatal crashes involved the consumption of alcohol. Thanks to an increased awareness of this problem and harsher measures on intoxicated drivers, this statistic has dropped down to 36 per cent in 2009 findings. However, the issue is still a major one: just two years ago, more than fatal 1000 accidents in the state involved inebriated drivers (as well as some few pedestrians and cyclists.) |
