Standstill and have only moved 30 yards in 1 hr and 45 minutes. Traffic should be detoured several miles before getting to exit 22.[...]

We've been at a standstill for 2 1/2 hours. Lot of police cars have come and gone and an ambulance has come and gone. Also a wrecker passed by about an hour ago. But, we still aren't moving. [...]
