Me: Is Luis Tipantuna, 31, of Minneapolis, MN, the man who killed two people in a drunk driving accident, a natural born citizen of the U.S.? Is he an undocumented person who entered the U.S. illegally? What is his driving history? His criminal history? If he is in the U.S. illegally will he be subject to deportation?
Will Minnesota politicians and the failed justice system start protecting innocent Minnesota victims of crime? Two innocent 76 and 74 year olds paid with their lives because of a drunk Luis Tipantuna.
