COMMON SENSE : IF TRAFFIC IS SHUT DOWN IN 1 DIRECTION WHY ARE CARS FORCED TO STOP AT RED LIGHTS WHEN THERE IS NO TRAFFIC GOING IN OTHER DIRECTIONS. COPS SHOULD BE KEEPING TRAFFIC MOVING AND DISREGARD THE RED LIGHTS. YOU CANNOT SHUT DOWN THE ENTIRE AREA FOR AN ACCIDENT PEOPLE HAVE TO GET PLACES AND NOW EVERYONE IS LATE AND RUSHING WHICH WILL CAUSE MORE ACCIDENTS. 2 years ago > REPLY
