Desiree: I'm commenting to this article because one the victim that was killed here was my little sister, whom was mentally ill, and chose to lived on the streets away from people.my family and I were notified a week after the accident happened and yet there still is no update on the investigation,not only that we contacted the coroner's office and someone they were trying to justify the dricers actions saying that my sister was in the wrong to be in the middle of the street at this hour.the driver probably couldn't see cause it was dark or may be he/ she thought it was a animal. I'm sorry but if u r behind the wheel you should be watching ur surroundings at all times.sorry I want want answers I want this case investigated and the person to pay . My sister left behind 2 daughters. One being an infant and the other almost a teenager. Even thought she doesn't have custody of either of them that's still there mom. 2 years ago > REPLY
