USer Comment Sam: Typical Minnesota babies. Who do you think you are? Pay for your own basement floods. It happens all the time everywhere. I hate this damn state and can’t wait to leave. I make good money but I can’t hardly save any of it because the state mandates I can’t rent at a lower cost because I have to pay for the low income rentals with MY rental cost. Then there’s the mandate that every high income rental has to be located next to a low income rental. So as a renter I get all the ills of crime in my neighborhood. St. Louis Park IS AN OLD CITY. You knew that when you bought your house. Just because you own your home should NOT give you special privileges for the city to pay for your basement. Fork out your own money you arrogant jerks. I CANNOT WAIT TO GET THE HELL OUT OF THIS STATE. Minnesota nice my ass. Minnesota delusional people that think they are special. BYEEEE!! 2 years ago > REPLY
