W B: He first said his name is Cesar L. Zapata Ramirez, but the Police discovered the truth. It is alleged that Alloa swerved from the middle lane into a motorcycle travelling in the right lane. The motorcycle operator died in Lawrence Memorial, while good ole Cesar whats-his-name continued on his merry way.
