Man dies after a dump truck goes over an embankment and crashes 30-40 feet down after crossing West Virginia Route 2

The dump truck crossed West Virginia Route 2 onto Solvay Road,went through a guardrail, and went over an embankment at least 30-40 feet down. Officials say the driver died at the scene. > react
