Flood threats persist in North Carolina after Tropical Storm Debby

NORTH CAROLINA (WTVD) -- Tropical Storm Debby has left North Carolina, but flooding remains a threat through the weekend. State leaders Friday warned people to be careful when venturing out of their homes.
