    @michaelBfleming In Cincy, nearly all those who saw the lights turned around. If someone is not paying attention, or drunk, then the lights will alert them they are going the wrong way. People don’t really “ignore” signs or go the wrong way on purpose. It’s a distraction/sobriety issue.
