  A runaway truck ramp in use. Photo was taken bottom of the Lewiston grade on US-95 earlier this year. The driver was ok and the truck safely came to a stop. There is no fine for using the ramps in an emergency and both passenger and commercial vehicles may use them. https://t.co/7LacZLG5W6
