Construction NYSDOT - Region 9: Roadwork on I-81 southbound between Exit 2W - Connector from US 11 to I-81 (Exit 2) & NY 17 (Exit 75) (Kirkwood) and Exit 1 - CR 20; Kirkwood (Kirkwood) 1 alternate lanes of 2 lanes blocked for bridge work to occur from 09/03 through 10/09 during the hours of 7:00AM and 3:30PM.
