@UhhhHamSammich We had nearly 70 plows out overnight. It wasn’t a lack of preparation or deployment. We were using salt, brine, and other de-icing materials to try to tackle what we were experiencing. When there’s incredibly low temps and wind making it colder, there is only so much we can do.

@EnjoyingShows Honestly, we do what we can. We are almost always out before snow falls. Plowing ice off roads is not an easy task. We use multiple de-icing materials to try to work through it. But when it’s extremely cold, dark and not much traffic is out, our materials don’t work as well.

@MarkStajca81871 Why? The temps were incredibly low, we were using multiple de-icing materials along with salt. There is only so much our drivers can do with temps in the low teens, wind making it colder, and no sunlight.
