b: i had just passed by when the accident occurred. it was terrible to see. the guy was swerving all over the road and when i was stopped next to him, he didn't look to be sober(but i cant be 100% sure) and eventually turned right into oncoming traffic. hoping everyone is okay! 3 years ago > REPLY
