Carmen: Depending on where you are, there was an 18 wheeler in the ditch trying to get back on the road. Then a few miles ahead of that, there was another standstill but didn’t see anything to have been causing that. Maybe an 18 wheeler broke down. Saw as I was heading west earlier. 3 years ago > REPLY
