Accident on 75n near right before Travis exit

At ~10am I fishtailed on a bump on the highway but was able to correct, the pickup truck behind me fishtailed after hitting the same bump, spun out of control and hit the median then exited off the highway. The ground was dry, but something is not right at that spot, its almost like a hydroplane if you are going more than 45mph, and people are easily going 55-70 > reply
