Traffic backed up on Rainier Hill west of Lewis and Clark bridge and east of Rainier. Emergency vehicle(s) just headed westbound on 30, up Rainier Hill. Cars are just now beginning to cross over bridge to Longview; they havent been for 20-30 minutes or more. > reply
