Car Accident

I was walking my dog on Glenwood Rd early morning around 7:32am a red truck was parked on the side of the road with no emergency lights on and suddenly he just backed up and hit the car what was driving on the same road. His car was literally on top of the other car, then he drove forward. The car he hit inside was an old man in a white Toyota camera the old man was very scared and in pain until the police arrived. The red truck was at fault. I hope this information will help who ever that man was. have a blessed day. > reply
