Road closed, no lights working

On Lafayette Road just after Water Country, the road appears to be closed (blocked by a fire truck when I was there 15 minutes ago). No lights working. Went down a side road to cut through Banfield Road... which was backed up with a LOT of traffic. The lights there also do not work, making the additional traffic slow and heavy. Not sure if there is an accident, downed tree/pole or what the cause is. All side roads seem to be backed up from all the diverted traffic and having no lights at the intersections... leave extra time to get where you need to be. > reply
