Traffic Jam on Moffett Rd

Eastbound, (west of Wilmer) on 98 after going from 4-lane to 2-lane. Then all of a sudden we were at complete standstill as road work was keeping only one lane open, so we had to take turns with westbound traffic. We were at complete standstill for 15 minutes. Then finally got to move up a bit, at another standstill now. > reply
