man in a white car slamming into the center barrier

I was traveling northbound around 3pm today 10/05/2022. between the montgomeryvill exit and the quakertown exit, a man in a white mid size sedan was closing in on me at a very fast pace. I was moving around 70mph. I would estimate his speed to be around 120mph. I saw he wasn't slowing down and would have slammed into me. I sped up and proceeded to move from the center lane and the right lane. As i was moving over, the man at the very last second, made a sudden lane change to the left lane and missed my car all together. he did however loose control of his car and slammed into the center barrier (airbag deployed) and bounce off and shot across the three lanes of traffic hitting the left hand barrier and came to a rest. I slowed down once I saw him loose control. It also appeared that a second car was also driving north on 476 behind him at about the same speed. that driver stopped as well as a few other motorists to assist. I did not stop as there were already plenty of other witnesses to assist, but did see the whole thing. > reply
