Arriving officials located a deceased man, Who appeared to have sustained injuries consistent with a gunshot wound. In the early stages of the investigation through security footage and details, IFPD investigators identified the suspect in this incident as Jake Eilander. Officers began searching for Eilander and another person that had been on scene at the time that the crime occurred. Clair opportunity in Idaho Falls. Eilander was located within the garage and was detained without incident. Near where Eilander had been officers recovered a loaded handgun with ammunition per evidence found at the crime scene. That person was detained for a time and was consequently released. Eilander, A 37 yr old male resident of Bonneville County, Was arrested and booked into the Bonneville local jail for second degree murder. The victim is known as Ulises Rangel, A 44 yr old resident of Idaho Falls. Next of kin warns have been made. The enquiry into this incident is ongoing, But at this time we believe everyone concerned are accounted for. No bavarian motor works customer is expected to be released.
