The causeway in East Marion has been closed since before midnight on Friday, 2-17-23 due to a fatal accident. The Southold PD cannot estimate when the road will be reopened. The road is still closed as of 0500 on Saturday, February 18. People heading to or from the Cross Sound Ferry Terminal in Orient Point and all point east and west of Truman's Beach will be unable to make their trips until the road is opened. > reply
