Traffic Jam on I-75

Im close to mile marker 57 I-75 north- traffic not moved past hour. Seen several fire trucks, rescue, and semi tow truck pass us in emergency lane heading to scene. One driver said he could see smoke when traffic first stopped. I pray theres no fatality > reply
